Nadroparin Calcium

With the improvement of people's living standards, the overnutrition brought about by the population aging, and the acceleration of the pace of life have accelerated, resulting in the global incidence and mortality of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases being increasing year by year. Heparin (Heparin) is a widely used clinical anticoagulant composed of alternating D-glucosamine, L-aidu glucuronic acid, N-acetyl glucosamine and glucuronic acid. To date, heparin has a long history of use, and it plays an important role in the treatment of chronic venous diseases, as well as the prevention and treatment of venous and arterial thrombosis. Although heparin is highly effective in clinical applications, the side effects associated with heparin therapy are also diverse, among which, the clinically frequent heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT) is mainly related to the unlysed heparin long chain, which provides a binding domain for various proteins in the body. Due to the diversity of the structure of the anticoagulant heparin and the dispersion of the relative molecular mass, its bioavailability is low, the half-life is short, and it may also cause side effects such as osteoporosis and induced thrombocytopenia, prompting researchers to prepare unfraction heparin into a heparin derivative with a relatively average molecular mass distribution of 3500 to 6500 through chemical cleavage or bioenzymatic lysis, that is, low molecular weight heparin (LMWH), As an alternative to unfractionated heparin. Compared with unfractionated heparin, LMWH has obvious advantages, including a more predictable pharmacological effect to greatly reduce the side effects of sustained antithrombotic activity, as well as high bioavailability, so LMWH has become the world's main use of new heparin drugs.

Natraparin calcium, also known as low molecular weight heparin, quick avoidance of coagulation, is clinically used to prevent postoperative thromboembolism, pulmonary embolism, deep vein thrombosis, peripheral vascular lesions, etc., and can also be used as an anticoagulant for extracorporeal circulation during hemodialysis, and a small number of literature reports can be used for the alternative treatment of allergies or thrombocytopenia caused by heparin and the special treatment of some embolic diseases. The anticoagulant effect of calcaretamine is related to the sulfates with strong negative charge in its molecules, such as the sulfuric acid group is hydrolyzed or neutralized by a strong positive charge of protamine, and the anticoagulant activity is rapidly lost.
