heparin sodium is an anticoagulant of the mucopolysaccharide sulfate class. in recent years, studies have proved that heparin sodium also has a hypolipidemic effect.


【function and use】

this product has a rapid anticoagulant effect both in vivo and in vitro. this product mainly acts on the formation of fibrin, and can also reduce platelet aggregation.

This product can be used to prevent and treat thromboembolic diseases, such as: myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism, cerebrovascular embolism, peripheral vein thrombosis, etc., can prevent the formation and expansion of blood clots. It can also be used in the early stages of DIC, as well as other anticoagulations inside and outside the body.


【usage】

intravenous instillation: the first dose of 5000 units for adults, if necessary, can be repeated once every 4 to 6 hours.

intravenous or deep intramuscular injection, or subcutaneously: ~10,000 units each time.


【side effects and precautions】

excessive dosage can cause spontaneous bleeding, such as: mucosal bleeding, arthral hemorrhage, wound bleeding, etc.

the following diseases should be contraindicated: hepatic and renal insufficiency, ulcer disease, severe hypertension, cerebral hemorrhage, pregnant women, threatened miscarriage, postoperative surgery, hemophilia.


【adverse reactions】 (1) excessive medication can cause spontaneous bleeding, such as serious bleeding caused by overdose, intravenous injection of protamine for first aid (1 mg to 1.5 mg of protamine can neutralize 1 mg of heparin) ;(2) heparin-induced thrombocytopenia ;(3) occasional allergic reactions such as asthma, rhinitis, urticaria, conjunctivitis, fever, etc.; (4) long-term application can occasionally produce temporary hair loss, osteoporosis and spontaneous fractures; (5) intramuscular injection can cause local hematoma.
