directions and dosage
Prevention of deep vein thrombosis, patients at high risk of thrombosis Adults are given 40 mg 12 hours before surgery, followed by a subcutaneous injection of 40 mg every 24 hours. Patients at moderate risk of thrombosis are given 20 mg 2hr before surgery, followed by subcutaneous injections every 24 h. These procedures should be continued for 10 to 14 days or until the risk of thrombosis disappears. Treatment of venous thrombosis that has been formed 1 mg /kg body weight, administered subcutaneously every 12 h for 10 days. Cardiopulmonary bypass A single dose is given before dialysis: 1 mg / kg body weight. The above dose is sufficient for a 4hr course of dialysis (unless a fibrin ring is formed), and if you want to extend the dialysis time, you must add four points of the above dose per hour. Unstable angina and non-Q wave myocardial infarction Begin to be administered subcutaneously at 1 mg/kg body weight every 12 hours within 24 hours of onset, lasting 6-8 days until clinical symptoms are stable.
taboo
acute bacterial endocarditis, major bleeding, thrombocytopenia, active peptic ulcer, stroke (except due to systemic embolism), and bleeding tendencies.
precautions
this medicine can not be used intramuscularly. patients with hepatic insufficiency, uncontrolled arterial hypertension, patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, and pregnant women should use with caution. pregnant women should weigh the pros and cons when using this drug.
medication for pregnant and lactating women
