pharmacological effect of dalteparin sodium injection
2022-03-14 14:34:30

Sodium dalteparin is produced by controlled nitrite depolymerization by heparin sodium prepared from the mucosa of porcine intestine. Its average relative molecular mass is 5000. The antithrombotic effect of dalteparin sodium strengthens the inhibition of coagulation factors Xa and thrombin through antithrombin. Sodium dalteparin strengthens the ability to inhibit coagulation factor Xa relatively greatly outweighs its ability to prolong coagulation time. Sodium dalteparin has less effect on platelet function and platelet adhesion than heparin, and therefore has only a small effect on hemostasis at the initial stage. Nevertheless, certain antithrombotic properties of dalteparin sodium are thought to have been formed through action on the walls of blood vessels or the fibrinolytic system.
