Pharmacological action of heparin
1. Anticoagulation:
(1) The affinity between antithrombin 3 and thrombin was enhanced and the inactivation of thrombin was accelerated;
(2) Inhibition of platelet adhesion and aggregation;
(3) It can enhance the activity of protein C and stimulate the release of anticoagulant and fibrinolytic substances from vascular endothelial cells.
2. It can inhibit platelet, increase the permeability of vascular wall, and regulate angiogenesis.
3. It has the function of regulating blood lipid.
4. It can act on many links of the complement system to inhibit the overactivation of the system. Heparin also has anti-inflammatory and anti allergic effects.
